Deposits and Withdrawals: Updating stored bank details

If you're looking to update your stored bank details, simply follow the steps below.

If you're using our desktop software, from the main lobby, select Settings → Account Details → Bank Details. Once there, enter your new bank details in the required fields.

If you're using our mobile app, simply tap on Account, head to the Cashier, select the Withdrawal tab, and enter your new bank details.

You can only submit details of a bank account within the EU or the EEA, which is a legal requirement of our French license.

After updating your registered bank account details, send us a copy of a Relevé d'Identité Bancaire (RIB) or a recent bank statement. Scan or take a digital picture of your document, and upload it via our desktop software, mobile app, or website.

Once you've updated your bank details, your account will only be authenticated once we review and accept your new RIB or bank statement. In the meantime, you'll still be able to play for real money, but you won't be able to withdraw.
