No.

You must use a supported payment method from the Play Money Cashier.

 

How do I buy Play Money chips?

2. Select 'Play Money' → 'Buy Chips'.
3. Choose the Play Money chip bundle you want.
4. Select your preferred payment method and enter your payment details.
