How can I request a tournament hand history?

You can request hand histories for real money tournaments from the website, mobile app or desktop software.

Website

1. Select the account icon.
2. Choose 'History'.
3. Select 'Get Hand History'.

 

Mobile

1. Tap 'Account'.
2. Select 'History'.
3. Choose 'Hand History'.

 

Desktop

1. Go to 'Tools'.
2. Select 'History & Stats'.
3. Choose 'Get Hand History'.

 

How do I request hands from a specific tournament?

1. Select 'Tournament #'.
2. Enter the Tournament ID.
3. Hit 'Submit'.
4. Check your email for the hand history.

 

How can I find my Tournament ID?

If you don't know the Tournament ID, you can request a tournament history report.

Website

2. Choose 'History'.
3. Select 'Get Tournament History'.

1. Select how many tournaments you want to see under 'My last ____ tournaments'.
2. Hit 'Submit'.
3. Check your email for the tournament history report.
4. Find the Tournament ID in the report.
