To access Live Chat, log in to  your account and go to:

  • Website/Mobile: Account → Help → Contact Us
  • Desktop: Help → Contact Us

Once you're there, choose a category and a sub-category that best describes the reason for your contact and our operators will be able to assist with your query.

Unfortunately, we don't offer support by phone call.

How can I send a complaint or query?

Suppose you have a complaint or want to raise a query with customer support. In that case, you can either complete the customer support form (located under the dropdown Help menu) or send an email to support, who will make sure your complaint or query reaches the appropriate specialist team.
