If you qualified for a live event through an online satellite but did not receive your winner email:
- Check the inbox linked to your PokerStars account
- Check your spam or junk folders
- Look for emails from PokerStars Live Events

To enable congratulatory or winner's emails for future online tournament wins:
- Log in to your PokerStars account
- Open the main lobby
- Go to:
- Settings → Gameplay → Advanced
- Enable:
- Receive Congratulatory Emails
What is the difference between Day 1A and Day 1B of a live event tournament?
Day 1A and Day 1B are both parts of the first tournament day (Day 1).
- Day 1 is split into two groups (1A and 1B) if the number of players is too large for a single starting flight.
- In this case, the remaining fields of players from both Day 1A and Day 1B will move on to Day 2.
How do I collect my live event tournament ticket?
Arrive at the venue at least one hour before your tournament starts.
Bring a valid government-issue photo ID.
Once onsite, go to the ticket collection desk to receive your tournament ticket.
