Claiming shipping fees back for Rewards Store orders

The StarsCoin price includes shipping fees and taxes, meaning that, you won't have to pay any extra charges once you place your order.

But, depending on your country, you might have to pay duties and taxes to the relevant authorities and provide certain documentation to collect your order. We don't have any control over this and if you don't follow these requirements, we won't be able to reimburse StarsCoin to your account.

We're more than happy to refund any import duties and taxes covered on delivery. To claim the costs back, get in touch, and send us the following documents:

  • A copy of the commercial invoice included in the parcel.
  • The paid receipt (showing the amount).
  • Proof that the delivery was from us (Pick Note).
