We usually wait two to three hours before processing any requests. This way you can cancel it if you need to and submit a new request with your changes as long as its status is 'New'.

Just head to My Rewards → Rewards Store → Redemption History → Cancel Redemption.

We normally process orders right after our customers place them. In other words, once you've placed your order, we're unable to change it.
