Self-exclusion and account impact

What is self-exclusion?

Self-exclusion is a feature that allows you to take a break from playing on our platform.

You can access your account again once the self-exclusion period has expired.

Can self-exclusion affect other accounts?

Yes. In some cases, accounts linked to you may also be restricted.

This can include players who are strongly connected to you, such as:

  • People in the same household
  • Friends
  • Family members

What should I do if another account is affected?

If someone’s account has been restricted due to your self-exclusion:

  • Ask them to contact Support
  • Each case will be reviewed individually

Can I check another player’s account status?

No. We cannot share information about other players’ accounts.

This includes:

  • Friends
  • Family members
  • Any other affected players
