MuchBetter: Withdrawal instructions

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, log into your account and go to the Cashier.

To request a withdrawal via MuchBetter, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to the Cashier.
  3. Select the Withdraw tab.
  4. Enter your withdrawal amount and select the green arrow.
  5. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you will be informed of:
    • The amount
    • The method and account it will be sent to
    • Any remaining amount after the automatic withdrawal
  6. If you don't have any pending withdrawals, simply choose MuchBetter from the available options.
  7. Enter the mobile number associated with your MuchBetter account and select the green arrow to submit your request.

If you don't have a MuchBetter account yet, you'll have the option to open one from our Cashier window. To access the Cashier from the website version of our Help Center:

The funds should be credited to your MuchBetter account right away, as long as it's been fully validated. Otherwise, your withdrawal will remain in a pending status with MuchBetter until you complete the validation of your MuchBetter account.

To complete your MuchBetter account registration process, visit their website. Once you do this, you'll be able to claim your funds.
