What is being offered

New customers who make their first ever real money deposit of €20 or more during the offer period, as specified below, and use the bonus code ‘BIENVENUE’, can claim €10 in Spin & Go tickets and a €20 Free Bet. 

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from 00:00 CET on December 14, 2023 and is ongoing. 

Who is eligible to take part and how can customers qualify

The offer is only available to players who have registered for a new Stars Account through the Sports product after 00:00 CET on December 14, 2023. 

To qualify for the offer, customers must make a deposit of €20 or more during the offer period, as specified above, and use the bonus code ‘BIENVENUE’ in the Cashier.   

Only deposits made by using debit cards will qualify for this offer. Deposits with any other method will not trigger this offer.   

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Upon fulfilling the qualifying criteria, customers will be issued a Chest, containing their rewards: 

• 2x Spin & Go tickets, each worth €5; and 
• €20 Free Bet. 

Customers will need to open the Chest to claim their rewards. Unopened Chests will expire 7 days after being issued.  

Free Bet(s) will expire 7 days after being credited.  

Unused tickets will expire 7 days after being credited. 

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Spin & Go ticket can be used to register and play Spin & Go tournaments with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket. 

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets. 

Free Bet can be used on any sport. Minimum odds of 2.00 apply when using Free Bet. Free Bet stake is not included in any returns.  

Free Bet(s) are non-withdrawable and can’t be used on system bets (e.g. Yankee, Lucky 15, etc.). 

What else do customers need to know

We reserve the right to withhold rewards if there is reason to suspect that a deposit is fraudulent, or that it has not been made with the intention of using it to play real money games.  

Players can only take advantage of one first deposit offer across all PokerStars products.  

Customers can view their Free Bet(s) under the 'Free Bets' tab, located next to the Bet Slip.
