The day it is generated by our system, we send you the Account Validation Code (AVC) by mail. Once it is sent, players have 90 days to enter the AVC, which will complete the validation of their account. If a valid AVC is not entered during the time specified, your account will automatically be closed.

According to the terms of our license, the account validation code (AVC) can only be sent by postal mail. This allows us to verify your postal address. The goal is to validate the postal address of a player, not his or her email address.

After validation of an account, if a player changes the registered bank account, they must submit a verification document showing the new bank account (RIB or bank statement). A player must simply send another copy of their piece of identification if his or her name changes (for example in case of marriage).

The AVC will no longer be valid if you have changed your registered mailing address. Please use the AVC that will be sent to your new mailing address.

Please note you have 42 days to enter an AVC once the first one has been generated and mailed to you. We will not reset the period if a new AVC is generated. After that period we will close your account if this has not been done.

Yes, there is important verification information on the back of identity cards. We can only verify a legible copy of the front and back of identification of a player. For passports and driver's licenses, we do not need a copy of the back.

No, entry of the AVC we send by mail is the only condition for validating the address entered for your account.
