What is being offered

New customers can get their first ever sports bet matched up to €100 as two Free Bets, if their bet loses.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer is valid from 10:00 CEST on August 7, 2023 and is ongoing.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

This offer is only available to customers who register for a new Stars Account through the Sports product after 10:00 CEST on August 7, 2023 and make a valid deposit.

You can only claim one Sports Welcome Offer, so if you have already claimed another Sports Welcome Offer, you won't be eligible to claim this offer.

The offer only applies to your first ever sports bet. If it loses, you will receive two Free Bets totaling the same value of your stake, up to €100.

Qualifying bet must be settled within 90 days from registration.

Bets placed with Free Bets, bets that are cashed-out, and all void bets will not qualify.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Minimum odds of 1.50 and minimum stake of €1 apply to all qualifying bets.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Your first Free Bet will be credited immediately after your first bet has settled. Your second Free Bet will be credited after five of your sports bets have settled. The value of each Free Bet will be 50% your first bet. For example, if your first ever sports bet is for €100 and it loses, you will receive a €50 Free Bet as soon as your first bet is settled, and another €50 Free Bet after five of your sports bets have settled.

The maximum amount of Free Bets awarded is €100 in total per customer.

Free Bet(s) can be used on any sport. Free Bet stake is not included in any returns.

Free Bet(s) are non-withdrawable and can’t be used on system bets (e.g. Yankee, Lucky 15, etc.).

Free Bet(s) will expire 7 days after being credited.

What else do you need to know

You can view your Free Bet(s) under the 'Free Bets' tab in your account, located next to the Bet Slip.

Where there is evidence that a series of bets, placed by individual customers on the same outcome, are linked through a referring website, messaging service, arbitrage alert service or betting system, we reserve the right not to offer the Free Bet to those customers.
