What is being offered

New customers can get a refund up to €100 as a Free Bet, when they make their first sports bet and their bet loses, plus €25 in Spin & Go tickets.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer is valid from 10:00 CEST on August 3 and is ongoing.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

This offer is only available to customers who register for a new Stars Account through the Sports product/after 10:00 CEST on August 3.

You can only claim one Sports Welcome Offer, so if you have already claimed another Sports Welcome Offer, you won't be eligible to claim this offer.

Only customers that have made at least one deposit since registration will be eligible for this offer.

The offer only applies to your first ever sports bet. If it loses, you will be refunded to the same value of your stake as a Free Bet, up to €100.

If there are multiple eligible bets on your first bet slip, the highest bet will be considered as the qualifying bet.

Qualifying bet must be settled within 90 days from registration.

Bets placed with Free Bets, bets that are cashed-out, and all void bets will not qualify.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

No minimum odds or minimum stake apply.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Your Free Bet will be credited within 48 hours of first bet to settle.

The maximum amount of Free Bet awarded is €100 in total per customer.

Free Bet(s) can be used on any sport. Free Bet stake is not included in any returns.

Free Bet(s) are non-withdrawable and can’t be used on system bets (e.g. Yankee, Lucky 15, etc.).

Free Bet(s) will expire 7 days after being credited.

Spin & Go tickets will be credited within 48 hours of the first bet placed/successful deposit. The value of Spin & Go tickets is €25. Tickets can be used to register and play Spin & Go tournaments with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the tickets.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets.

Unused tickets will expire 7 days after being credited.

You can view your Free Bet(s) under the 'Free Bets' tab in your account, located next to the Bet Slip.

If you have an existing Stars Account to play Poker, please check your Challenges Window for your exclusive Sports Welcome Offer.

Where there is evidence that a series of bets, placed by individual customers on the same outcome, are linked through a referring website, messaging service, arbitrage alert service or betting system, we reserve the right not to offer the Free Bet to those customers.

This offer is not available for use in conjunction with, or to qualify for, any other offer run by us.
