What is being offered

New customers can get their first ever sports bet matched up to €100 as a Free Bet, if their bet loses.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

This offer is only available to customers who register for a new Stars Account through the Sports product after 10:00 CET on November 18, 2022 and make a valid deposit.

You can only claim one Sports Welcome Offer, so if you have already claimed another Sports Welcome Offer, you won't be eligible to claim this offer.

The offer only applies to your first ever sports bet. If it loses, you will receive a Free Bet to the same value of your stake, up to €100.

If there are multiple eligible bets on your first bet slip, the highest bet will be considered as the qualifying bet.

Qualifying bet must be settled within 90 days from registration.

Bets placed with Free Bets, bets that are cashed-out, and all void bets will not qualify.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

No minimum odds or minimum stake apply.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Your Free Bet will be credited within 48 hours of first bet settlement.

The maximum amount of Free Bet awarded is €100 in total per customer.

Free Bet(s) can be used on any sport. Free Bet stake is not included in any returns.

Free Bet(s) are non-withdrawable and can’t be used on system bets (e.g. Yankee, Lucky 15, etc.).

Free Bet(s) will expire 7 days after being credited.

You can view your Free Bet(s) under the 'Free Bets' tab in your account, located next to the Bet Slip.

What is being offered

This offer runs from 10:00 CEST on May 12, 2022 until 23:59 CEST on May 11, 2023.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is only available to players who have never made any real money deposit at PokerStars.

To be eligible for the offer, players must make a deposit of €10 or more using bonus code ‘SPINANDGO’ in the Cashier.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Once players have made their qualifying deposit, they will receive €50 worth of extra play in 5 instalments over the course of a bonus period of 5 days, as follows:

• Day 1 – 5 x €1 Spin & Go tickets
• Day 2 – 5 x €1 Spin & Go tickets
• Day 3 – 2 x €5 Spin & Go tickets
• Day 4 – 3 x €5 Spin & Go tickets
• Day 5 – 3 x €5 Spin & Go tickets

All rewards will be credited inside a Chest. Players will need to open the Chests to claim their rewards.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, T-Money or other tickets.

All tickets expire 24 hours after being credited. Any unused tickets issued as part of this offer will be forfeited.

Unopened Chests will expire 72 hours after being credited.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Rewards don't carry any wagering requirement.

Spin & Go tickets can be used to register and play Spin & Go tournaments with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket.

What else do you need to know

A withdrawal or transfer at any time during the bonus period will void any unopened Chests from this offer.

If players have tickets available in their account, they will not be able to register in eligible games using funds from their cash balance before the available tickets have been used.

We reserve the right to withhold rewards if there is reason to suspect that a deposit is fraudulent, or that it has not been made with the intention of using it to play real money games.
