Why do you need to do it? In line with license requirements, all newly registered users must verify their accounts to activate them.
If you don’t, restrictions will be placed on your account preventing you from accessing our epic Real Money games*. And if you don’t complete the process within 30 days, your account will be suspended.
How to verify your account
So, what are the next steps? Just follow the simple instructions below that’ll let you sit at the tables as the cards fly:
- Login to your account by clicking here.
- Take a picture of your ID card.
- Upload proof of your home address, including your full name, mailing address and issue date.

What else do you need to know?
Below are a few more things you should know about the account verification process.
You’ll be unable to withdraw until you have provided the required documentation to verify your details, including the bank account you wish to withdraw to. You’ll be able to withdraw after your documents have been verified.

Your account will be automatically suspended 30 days after you complete the Real Money form if you haven’t verified your account. Your account will be automatically closed 30 days after account suspension if you still haven’t verified your account. Once this happens, you’ll need to contact Customer Support for further assistance.
To avoid this, we recommend you validate your account. Once your account is successfully verified, you’ll be able to access our full range of Real Money games, including playing against players from across Southern Europe.
Please provide one of the following documents to verify your account:
- Passport
- Driver’s licence
- National ID card (front & back)
For proof of address, you can send us one of these documents:
- Utility bill e.g. gas, water, electricity, landline, internet or TV bill
- Insurance documents (must be no older than three months)
- Government letter
- Tax notice for the preceding year
You can send us your documents by selecting ‘Send Documents Now’ after completing the Real Money form.
