By playing on a Shared Liquidity table you can play with players from Spain and France as part of the same player pool. More players means less waiting time for you, as tables will fill more quickly.

Our Shared Liquidity tables are open only to players who have fully verified their accounts. A fully verified Stars Account is one where valid identification documents have been received by us and the AVC code has been entered in client.

It is extremely simple to fully verify your Stars Account. All you need to do is send us a copy of your government issued photographic ID (passport, government issued ID card or driving license), and a bank statement showing your IBAN number. Once we have verified your documents we will send you an AVC code by post. Upon entering this AVC code, your Stars Account will be fully verified.

In order to give you access to our Shared Liquidity tables, you only need to complete a few steps to fully verify your Stars Account.

You will be able to play most of the games we offer; however, your stakes selection will be limited. Please check your game lobby to see the games you can play if you are not fully verified.

Games available to you will be on the top of the list and are not greyed out.

After you have filled in your personal details, you will have 30 days to send the required documents.  Once your documents have been accepted we will send you the AVC code which you will need to enter to fully verify your Stars Account. On average, it can take up to seven business days to receive a letter with an AVC code in your mail box.

Unfortunately, no. Only after you have received and entered the AVC code will you be able to join our Shared Liquidity tables.

We will send you the AVC code by post once your documents have been verified. It takes on average, up to seven business days to receive a letter in your mail box.

The best way to send your documents is via our software. Once logged in, please navigate to 'More' > 'Help' > 'Contact Support' via the menu in your lobby. Here you can browse the files on your computer and upload them directly to us. Please ensure you have selected the correct category ‘Security’ > ‘Verify Me’.

You can also send documents by email to Verifications using the email address associated with your Stars Account.
