- To open your Chest simply login, go to ‘My Account’, and find it under the ‘Chests’ tab. If you use the poker client to bet, go to ‘My Rewards’ and find your Chest there.
What else you need to know:
- Your Free Bet value will be displayed when you open your Chest
- Your Free Bet will expire 7 days after your Chest is opened
- Unopened Chests will expire at 23:59 CEST on September 30, 2021

This offer runs from 01:01 CEST on August 12 to 23:59 CEST on September 30, 2021.
Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify
To take part in this offer, you must be at least 18 years of age and a registered resident of Spain. Furthermore, your account must have been open for at least 30 days and your identity verified.
The offer is only available to invited customers who have made at least one deposit since registration, and can be claimed once per customer.
Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game
No wagering requirements apply.
Claiming and redeeming the offer
Free Bet will be credited inside a Chest. Free Bet value will be displayed when the Chest is opened.
Free Bet(s) can be used on any sport. Free Bet stake is not included in any returns.
Free Bet(s) are non-withdrawable and can’t be used on system bets (e.g. Yankee, Lucky 15, etc.) or Spin & Bet.
Free Bet(s) will expire 7 days after the Chest is opened.
Unopened Chests will expire at 23:59 CEST on September 30, 2021.
What else do you need to know
You can view your Free Bet(s) under the 'Free Bets' tab in your account, located next to the Bet Slip.
Where there is evidence that a series of bets, placed by individual customers on the same outcome, are linked through a referring website, messaging service, arbitrage alert service or betting system, we reserve the right not to offer the Free Bet to those customers.
